Facial oiling is a method that is becoming more and more popular. This is not surprising, because we use natural ingredients that have a beneficial effect on the appearance of our skin. Facial oiling involves applying oil to the skin, e.g. almond and then perform a short massage. You can also mix several types of oils, remembering that they come from reliable sources.
How do we use the oil?
First, rub the oil in your hands and then spread it on your face. The skin should be slightly moistened with warm (not hot!) water. The massage is performed using circular movements. In this way, we stimulate circulation, which has a positive impact on the overall appearance of the skin.
A good practice is to use a towel. Apply a towel moistened with warm water to the oiled skin. Thanks to this, the pores will expand and the oil will penetrate deep into the skin. It is important, however, to finish the entire treatment by placing a towel dipped in cold water on your face so that the pores can be effectively closed. After everything, we wipe our face gently.
OCM method - what is it?
The OCM method, i.e. Oil Cleansing Method, is based on the principle that fat dissolves fat. This is an excellent method of cleansing the skin without the risk of irritation. All impurities are effectively removed. Oils remove both dirt and waterproof makeup. Importantly, they do not disturb the natural hydrolipid barrier of the epidermis - this is the case when using face wash gels.
The result is clean, nourished and moisturized skin. Washing your face with oils is becoming more and more popular. This is because it works for all skin types and allows you to achieve truly spectacular results. Oils will be an excellent alternative to drugstore cosmetics.
It is important to add that traditional facial cleansing cosmetics contain harmful detergents, acids and alcohols. They remove impurities, but also disturb the natural protective barrier of the skin. Make-up removal oils are safe and effective - that's why they outperform gels or soaps.
