Regenerating the skin after winter is not an easy task for our body. Heating, air pollution, cold and wind are factors that can significantly weaken the condition of the skin.

How to improve the condition of the skin of the entire body?

Peeling! Before you start moisturizing and nourishing your skin, you will get the best results if you properly exfoliate the dead epidermis.

  • preparations with exfoliating particles (you can also prepare such a peeling yourself, e.g. by mixing olive oil and sugar),

  • soaps with rough additives, e.g. poppy seeds.

The next step is moisturizing and nourishing. Remember to regularly apply the balm, emulsion or oil to the skin of your entire body, and use it for rough places beeswax balm that will smooth the skin on the elbows, knees and soles of the feet.

How to improve the condition of your facial skin in a few steps?

    • normal and combination skin - fine-grained peelings will work well here

    Peeling should be performed at least once a week, thanks to which you will prepare the skin for hydration, cosmetics used in the later stages of care will be absorbed and properly nourish the skin.

    2. Time for cosmetics for special purposes - masks that we use after a peeling treatment. All you need to do is apply the mask once a week, preferably in the evening, because regeneration processes are most intense at night.

    3. After exfoliating and applying the mask, it's time to start the daily ritual of moisturizing and nourishing the facial skin. Serums and care oils are best for this purpose, containing a condensed package of vitamins and nutrients necessary to improve the condition of the skin. Natural oils they are very efficient, just a few drops are enough for the entire face, you can successfully use them under your favorite moisturizing cream.
